A single place to address all your needs.

The One Stop Shop is a free and confidential service for anyone who has experienced or is currently experiencing domestic abuse and can act as the first point of contact for getting support. Representatives from BCWA and the following agencies are available to help and advise:

This virtual service is available to Bromley and Croydon residents every Thursday between 1:30pm and 4pm. To use the weekly Virtual One Stop Shop, just call our mainline on 020 8313 9303 (until 1pm on Thursday) and ask for the One Stop Shop services. A referral will then be made on your behalf.

Xmas 2025 Availability

Please note that the One Stop Shop session on 19th December will be the final session of the year. 

Our pro bono legal clinics will resume on 8^th  January 2026.
