Raising Awareness and Community Training
BCWA offers a range of awareness talks and training aimed to educate professionals and improve community response to domestic abuse, ensuring earlier intervention, appropriate signposting of victims to specialist services and prevention.
Our team also offer training on spotting signs of domestic abuse and appropriately responding to disclosures to public sector professionals, such as police, local authority housing teams or healthcare professionals.
We’re also happy to come to your workplace or community group meeting to share more information about our work and the issue of domestic abuse.
