Our Team
Our team is committed to driving forward our mission of empowering people experiencing domestic abuse to make informed choices and know their options.
Our diversity of employees, volunteers and trustees represent a range of different cultures, religions, ages and nationalities. Many people involved in running and supporting our charity have lived experience of domestic abuse and are former service users. We feel that this gives us a great depth of knowledge, skill and expertise to deliver an exceptional service to the people that need us.
Leadership
Our leadership team includes our Chief Executive Officer, Our Director of Operations and the Board of Trustees. Our Board of Trustees consists of a Chair and six members. The Board are responsible for the charity’s overall management and strategic direction. Board members include ex-service users and professionals from various backgrounds including fundraising, safeguarding, complex needs, social care, HR and accountancy.
