Who Can Access the Service
Domestic abuse can affect anyone. Support is available regardless of:

- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Community, faith, or cultural background
- Immigration status or recourse to public funds
- Disability (registered or not registered)
- Mental health condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed)
How to Access the Service
You can refer yourself to BCWA by calling 0208 313 9303 or submitting an enquiry using the form above. BCWA is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm (excluding bank holidays).
For your safety, we don’t publicly display our address but if you’re looking for a space in refuge, our friendly team can advise. You will receive a response within 3 working days.
